Customer Service, where is that~??? When my internet did not work w/my computer after a few weeks of working. I took it to a store for help. The young man said it was my driver. "You may have to get a new one." I cannot do that I am on SS, no money for that. Please take back your internet box, I cannot use it. I cannot pay for something that is unless and I cannot use. "OH wait, maybe I can fix it, let me look." Like magic he found the problem and got it compatible again. OMGosh, all of a sudden, what a miracle. Now I am trying to lower my bill from $71. The young lady at the store did not want to help me, much to busy. Call this number, I called over and over when I got through, I cannot help you w/that you have to do that online. OMG..not any better than anyone else. NOBODY CARES THAT YOU A CUSTOMER~!! I AM SORRY I AM A CUSTOMER~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GIVE UScellular 1/16 of a star~!!!!!!!! you are no better than the rest~!!!!!!!!!!

Webb doesn't have 5g towers and was told they will get them soon and it's been a year now. I have one bar 90% of the time and I can't even do my virtual doctors appointments I had to get a hot spot from Verizon just to use my phone and I am hooked on a contract.They offered any phone for free and that was a complete joke and you have to pay the taxes before you can leave and my gift card for trading my phone in didn't come in the first couple months like they said took over 6 months and several calls. So all comes down to what is the point of getting a phone that doesn't even get more than one bar of service in the store. Also told me if is switched to them that my bill would be less and when I got the phones it was more go figure. But the staff is friendly but they are only the middle man.

Jeremy stayed after the store closed and gave up his own personal time to help me out. And it was a substantial amount of time. He didn’t complain once and I even told him I could come back. He insisted I stayed and finished. Great customer service.
