Usually fast and friendly service , sometimes very busy but I wait or return at a later time or day. The location is convenient because it's 5 minutes from my home. I recommend this store to others as the services provided usually suffice for my needs, and I'm treated with respect can't say that about some places.

Even when the store is busy and swamped the employees at my location are always friendly and nice. They’re very courteous and welcoming. They provide excellent customer service.

The staff is truly exceptional! They are always kind, no matter how busy the store is. They take care of each customer as if every customer is their favorite customer. They are kind and helpful and a great group of individuals with which to do business.

The people who work at our local UPS store are always very efficient and handle things quickly for me. They are very helpful when I’m not sure what I need to do and need advice.

Make sure you bring your own box. Had a amazon return and they charge a whopping $15 for a 20x20x20 cube box! I know they got to make money but damn!

I was just trying to get photos done for passports as the website says we can do here and the guy had no idea what we were talking about and clearly didn't care enough to know as he kept walking away mid conversation and completely slipped over us despite the fact we had an appointment.

This store is always busy. I am normally going in for Amazon returns and sometimes to ship my own stuff. Everyone is great. May not be the quickest place but definitely always friendly and helpful
