“I love this store, even though the cashier's clearly hate their job when I come in but they are young and haven't figured out how to fake it so you can make it yet! Any way, I recently had a bad experience with the Springfield location, I was visiting my mother and forgot to bring my dogs proof of Rabies vaccine with me. When I called to check if they needed it the lady was so rude, she kept interrupting me, it was so bad I had to hang up! I found my dogs vaccine in an email but decided to wait until I got back to Joplin. When I made her an appointment the lady was super nice but told me they would definitely need to see her rabies shots, there was a bite in there. I explained to the lady what happened and she apologized for the Springfield store. She was respectful and actually let me talk! I love the Joplin store very much. Please show your employees some love!!”
