I received a damaged ac condenser and they wouldn't replace it. I'm having to deal with corporate. I'll never use Napa againStill haven't received my replacement part and my customer is beyond pissed.

Love this store! If they don't have it they will get it for you fast! Nice big parking lot, easy in and out. I don't go anywhere else for anything!

I went in a few weeks ago and the old men that work here are so childish, disrespectful, and shows nothing but discrimination to women. The younger guys that work in there have more respect. What’s sad is what kind of leadership are these older men showing to these younger kids working there. I’m sure if there’s all this happening when I went in I’m sure it’s happening to the co-workers as well. The leadership in this place of business needs to be revamped…..

When you have an inventory as vast as they do, but they have to check a computer for something and no one knows where anything is, there is a problem. Just wanted a K&N air filter cleaning kit.....
