Henkle's Ace Hardware is a locally owned store specializing in customer service and assistance, aiming to help customers get in, get out, and get the job done right. It is a very clean and nice place to shop. The staff is friendly, kind, and very helpful. The store carries a huge selection, including plumbing, electrical, and everything a hardware store would carry, with premium brands like STIHL, Traeger, Craftsman, Yeti, Weber, Milwaukee tools, Magnolia Homes, and Benjamin Moore right on the shelves. They have a huge and beautiful selection of plants, flowers, and trees, including a unique and expanded houseplant center with neat arrangements and decor. Their outdoor decor is also something special. The store makes copies of keys and is definitely worth stopping in to see what they have to offer. If you can't find the exact thing, the friendly staff can help.
The staff greet you immediately upon entering. They take you to the product you are looking for and offer assistance and answer questions. Great customer service. I love the plant room in the back of the store. It is so tranquil! Visiting the store cat is a highlight as well.
