Great customer service. However not happy with the phone ? that I had to. Because I couldn't have more than 2 of the same phone. Went back 3 or so times. Because my phone keeps freezing and shutting down and just dropping calls while after a few minutes of the call. Was turned down for the 2 options to get a different phone. So I will need to buy another one at full price. Now don't get me wrong the service is great and very affordable plans. I'm just not happy with the phone that I have.

We came in to store with a phone that had caught on fire. Misty and Heaven were great. Misty did paperwork and got with Lisa and my husband had a new phone in 2 days. Motorola told us it would be 8 weeks if they helped us at all. My mother had been without her cell phone working for a week and had spent hours on the phone trying to fix the problem. My mom came in Webb city store and Misty had her phone fixed in a few minutes. Great customer service.

I came into this store very reluctantly because of past experiences. However I’am so grateful that I did. Misty the new Store manger and her new amazing staff are so professional, so knowledgeable, absolutely darling! I didn’t want to upgrade my phone but I had to. Miss Misty was so helpful and patient with me choosing a phone , she didn’t pressure me into a phone because it would make her money or she liked it. She made sure I knew how to use my new phone just as good as my old one before I ever left the store. I came back with a whole page of questions, she greeted me with a smile and ready to help me conquer the world of a new phone.Misty and the whole Webb City store you deserve to be told how amazing you are doing everyday. I hope you see this on a day when you need to hear it the most. May God Bless you All
