Ordered furniture 2m ago, and the order has not shipped. When calling to find status on multiple occasions, my call was not returned. Today marks the day I will end up cancelling this order if they cannot providers acceptable status.

Although I'm sure there are good finds and occasional amazing bargains, it seemed to have similar products to Walmart, Dollar General, and Dollar Tree - except for the giant overpriced furniture. I suppose the attraction is the no down financing

Mark at big lots was awesome! He made sure I was taken care of and explained the whole process to me for buying furniture. I say that because the sectional I wanted was in store but you can’t buy off the floor. So heads up in case they may not have yours. But he was super friendly and made it enjoyable. Go see him!

My grandson had to use the bathroom but it was full, a man was in there for 45 minutes so an associate got him out so he could go to the bathroom big lots is the best.

The store is clean, and the product selection is varied. There are a lot of items you can only find there, and the prices are reasonable. The building feels refreshed, even after being vacated by Toys R Us.
