The bank manager needs to learn customer social skills, she should talk directly to the customer not over the customer to their employee, I thought she was talking about another customer at first but she was talking about me to her employee!

I’ve banked with Arvest for 20 years and never felt been treated so disrespected by a teller in my life. Poor customer service.

I have banked with arvest for many years. A couple weeks ago my husband got a call saying that we were approved for a loanSo we went in and they put us in for a home equity loan. The lady told us that we could get all the money plus that we wanted. She called back and said that we could only get a little over 4 thousand. I really hate being strung around and lied to.

The employees are super nice, can handle questions that arise, & I've banked here for at least 10yrs with only one mistake on their end, which was quickly corrected. Thanks Arvest Bank for your services.

I've banked here for years, and I've recently had a horrible experience. Their ATM "ate" $400 of my money, the Monday before Thanksgiving. It printed a receipt and removed the funds from my account, but never gave me the cash. I filed a dispute immediately. The teller waited a full business day to submit my dispute, putting the time frame allowed to check the ATM balance into Thanksgiving Day, instead of the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. As we all know, The following business day doesn't come again until the Monday after Thanksgiving. So the dispute process was delayed a full 4 days because of her failing to submit the dispute on the same day. Their response to their ATM error has been unconcerned, lazy, and slow. I'm sure that if $400 of their banks money was taken by a customer, whether it be by accident or on purpose, their response would be much different. Very disappointed.

After years of banking here, I've had a horrible experience. Their ATM ate $400 of my money. The staff has been unconcerned, lazy, and slow to correct the situation by giving me my own $ back.

Wish I could give negative, these people must be at a different Webb City Arvest, 1515 W MacArthur and there was not a nice person in the branch. Although this is the first time I used the Webb City branch to cash my mileage check from Corporate but Andrea was to busy picking at her nails to look up or even respond to actual communication. I guess this is how for this company has gone down hill. 50 years of banking and I have never been treated like this. So which one of you is she related to because she definitely should not be working anywhere she has to communicate with people let alone a bank where tellers are the face of your business. I will also be submitting to corporate a written request to no longer write my mileage checks from Arvest Corporate account I will no longer accept them after the encounter I had today with this young woman.
