The bank manager needs to learn customer social skills, she should talk directly to the customer not over the customer to their employee, I thought she was talking about another customer at first but she was talking about me to her employee!

I’ve banked with Arvest for 20 years and never felt been treated so disrespected by a teller in my life. Poor customer service.

The employees are super nice, can handle questions that arise, & I've banked here for at least 10yrs with only one mistake on their end, which was quickly corrected. Thanks Arvest Bank for your services.
