“I spoke with management over the phone. She was very understanding and she was very kind and was willing to work with my situation which I so appreciate. When I was able to make it to the actual tow yard to pick up my vehicle, it was a surprise to me that they only took cash only and I was on foot so it really sucked after a walk as far as I did to get to an ATM machine and back. Their business is on a main road and staff was on a tow pick up so the gates were locked and I had to wait outside. No shade. No chairs on the side of a main road in the grass on the gas not a good situation or a safe place to be. Just hanging out. Waiting for an employee to unlock the gate to pay and release my car. Also had to show valid driver's license and insurance and they made copies”
“They were great!! I was in a jam and just happened to be down the road from them at the end of the work day. They were there in 10 minutes and had my car loaded in 3. And I was home with only 20 minutes total with the guy. Just amazing. And the ride home he was very helpful about services in the area. I highly recommend these guys.”
