They raised the price significantly 1 month after putting my stuff in 2 units. They units have condensation on walls that resulted in a puddle being there when I moved my wet mattress and sofa out to find mildew on all wood dressers, sofa and mattresses, they did not respond to my complaint. I notified them prior to moving out of one unit to not auto debit, but they did anyway. They did not refund me on the 15th of the next month like they said but rather said I'd get it at the end when I move out of 2nd unit with my deposit refund. I never received either. They stated the mailed a check rather than reimburse my card but the address is my old address with a forward. Never received the check and no more communication. It has been 3 months since I vacated 1st unit and 2 months since second. I filed dispute with my cc for the $75 [wrongly charged in July and still have no way to recouping deposit.

Inexpensive, no hassle, good quality storage. Getting and paying for a unit is all automated. No need to schedule time to meet with owners. Very quick response from owners if you need them for any teason. I leased a storage unit for a year and had zero issues.
