My mother used Reinke tax service and after she passed we attempted to get her taxes filed(this was in Oct. They received her paperwork in April from my mom). It took us numerous phone calls and several trips to Waynesville from KC to finally getting them mailed in DECEMBER. WE just got the paperwork returned to us in the mail( in January) because of the lack of postage they placed on the envelope. I don't understand how they are still in business.
