Had an unexpected breakdown during an awful heat spell. Steve Scheidt the service advisor was kind and attentive. Took longer to repair then expected, but again without an appointment and my Motorhome was a bit out of their "usual" vehicle. The final service was completed to the best I could ask for. Had a good sized dent on my driver side door. These guys quoted a 3rd of what others in the areas claimed it would take. I can't tell that it had ever been damaged. They finished the job job way faster than I would have expected and worked with my schedule. Great service and a good team.Service: Body & Trim

My husband and I were driving through Waynesville to Table Rock Lake at 530 on a Friday when a tire on our Corvette started leaking air very quickly. We tried to pump it up (in the rain) to no avail. We were lucky enough to be about 10 minutes from Lowe's. The first person we spoke to was Evan. It was determined we couldn't just fix the tire. He was very nice and called over Jennifer (I'm not sure what her title was) but she was exceptional. She took us to Travis to see if they had the tire in stock but it is a specialty tire so we knew they would have to order it and it wouldn't be in until Monday. While Travis was ordering the new tire Jennifer called Enterprise the only rental car company near by to see if they had a car. They did not. She went off and found us a courtesy car to borrow for the whole weekend free of charge. She apologized that it hadn't been detailed from the last people and that there was a little bit of dog fur in the front seat. When she showed it to us if it had 10 pieces of dog fur that was a lot it was exceptionally clean inside. Anyway, from the first Moment we walked into Lowe's we were so well taken care of . Considering it was 530 on a Friday they could've been so dismissive but instead they were unbelievably helpful and unbelievably nice. If we lived close we would bring all our cars there. Could not recommend them more. Lowe's is very lucky to have these amazing people on their team. Thank you for turning around a pretty crappy day.

Let me tell you these guys are awesome. I thought my SUV was totaled. After that got finished with my truck it looked like it was brand new. It drives great, and I get told me if I have any problem to just let them know. I would recommend anyone with any type of damage stop by and see what these guys can do. Thanks guy

We bought our equinox here. Curtis took the time to go over many details of the car, the app, on star and gave us his number in case anything comes up. He was professional, pleasant, and totally transparent. it was a great experience!

I usually don't mind car buying. I love it when people respect when we say "we are just looking". That did not happen here. We were shuffled into the dealership, and asked about our preferences. Which I initially thought was nice, until we started filling out a ton of paperwork. Again. We were only gonna look for fifteen minutes tops and go home. But no. We were there much longer. At one point, the salesman brought over his manager. Who took the keys to our car and took it for a joyride. How do we know? The fuel history reported 10 mpg instead of the 28 mpg we were getting when we got there. They wanted to lock our car up and have us take a car we weren't completely satisfied with over the weekend. At this point, I'm nauseous, my head hurts, and I desperately want to call an Uber to take me home. My husband asked for our keys back, which had our house keys and other personal keys, the guy had to retrieve them from his manager. I didn't say bye to anyone. I grabbed the keys and sat in the car. I was fuming. As were leaving, the salesmen was still trying to run our credit. Which we did not want. Remember, we were just looking at the selection. Other than this experience, the facility is nice but the selection is poor. Every tactic for used car salesmen was being used, including trying to get us a number for the monthly payment, even if it would extend the note years. Clearly they saw a young military couple and were looking to make a quick buck off of us. Edited to add they are now threatening to call my husband's commander so we take down our reviews.

If I could, I wouldn't even give a star. Worst service I've ever recieved at a dealership. Took my 2009 Chevy HHR SS to get brake pads put on in the morning, they were supposed to give me a call with a estimate within a hour or two. I called 6 hours later for a status update, and found out it was still sitting outside. Obviously the work did not get completed that day, the next day they called back with a higher estimate bc of the poor inspection that they did with initial estimate. I went to get it after it had been there for 34 hours and there were more issues than it was dropped off with. I brought it right back because it clocking and no emergency brake, and it was there for an additional 5 days, their reasoning was that something additional had to be replaced which I strongly believe it was something they broke. They gave me a rental and was sideswiped. It took a month for them to send me a bill for the damages. I called several times over 2 weeks to settle the payment situation, with NO ONE returning my calls. I get a TEXT MESSAGE from yet another person at Chevy, threatening to alert my chain of command if I did not pay. They don't communicate well, they dont service vehicles well, they dont check voicemails, they have horrible customer service, they are overpriced. I even filled out a survey about the bad experience I had, and there was NO follow up. They basically have no idea what they are doing there. This is actually not the first time I have had issues with this dealership or I have heard people have issues especially service members. If you need to visit a Chevy dealership, go ANYWHERE but here or take a chance!!
