Temperature sensitive medicine delivered at 12:30 pm and was not put in smart locker or notice in PO BOX for pickup. I got off work and went to pickup medication at 1am and NOTHING. Service here has been declining as with all post offices under Dejoy, and now Steiner, but what else would anyone expect out of a postmaster general that was ceo of waste management.

If you don't ever want to get your mail or packages, then this is the place for you. As an added bonus, you get excuses, excuses, and outright lies regarding. Wow.

Amy helped us with a passport renewal. She was so helpful and so friendly. We saw her interact with other customers and she was personable, outgoing and so willing to do anything necessary for customers. We ended up having to make an extra trip there that same day. And again was wonderful. We tell everyone we know about the excellent customer service she provided us as well as other customers. This post office is lucky to have her! And so are the customers!

My mail carrier has not delivered my mail since December. I have to keep going in there and getting it the supervisor refuses to let me talk to the postmaster worst post office in the world. My box has been left open for weeks now . Since she comes daily wonder why she don’t lock it oh that would be because they don’t deliver.

Quite literally the worst post office and delivery service EVER! It has taken me so many unreceived packages to write this review. Now I am a very understanding person I understand inclement weather but when UPs and FedEx have been delivering for 5 days after the inclement weather but usps does not… you have to wonder if it’s actually the driveway condition (which are clear) as I watch the mail truck fly past my house. Not to mention the weekly “we missed you” notes I get. So I have to make a separate trip into town, pick up the package and inquire WHY it was not delivered only to have a supervisor give me zero explanation. After serval attempts to remedy this and come to a solution I have no more patience. Now a sub carrier has clammed my dog ran towards him and I received a note saying they no longer will deliver unless I ensure my dogs are locked up or they will terminate our service. So back to the supervised I go. Honestly the fact of the matter is they don’t want to deliver here because our driveway is slightly out of the way.and worse they don’t have to have customer service or pride in their work because no matter what they get paid. I could go on about the negative experiences I have had but I think you get the point! If you have an option GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Trying to get an appointment for passports online wouldn’t work so we called and were told just ti come in. We arrive and they say we don’t have an appointment and in short basically no one cares. “You should have made an appointment” was stated by the “manager” Well we tried and it didn’t work so train your employees better when they do not have the proper information. This place needs to get together, I understand the holidays are busy but very disrespectful employees on Saturday 12/14/2024. The supervisor wasn’t any help either. Hope their day is as good as their attitude.

I've never had an issue at this location, no one is over friendly but definitely not rude and I really like that they're open till 2 on Saturdays!

Delivery Driver left a large parcel outside of our place of business, no warning, no notification. Parcel just left for anyone to just pick up and walk away with. I simply do not understand this disregard for a little customer service. Update, Postmaster contacted me, and also spoke with carrier. Thank you for the quick follow up.

The woman who works the counter should not be in customer service. She's rude to everyone and acts annoyed that customers could possibly want to ship a package or ask a question.. I thought maybe this was a one time thing but it's been on multiple occasions.

I have found the people who work at this post office are courteous and willing to go the extra mile to get things right.
