The brow expert left and the person in the back butchered my eyebrow wax. I now have to wait for my brows to grow back to get them right! Waste of money and now my face isn't framed right.

I had never been to Ulta before today as I had always heard ulta can be judgy. 100% No judgement. I came straight from work was barely presentable and the girl who helped me treated me like we were friends;I felt welcome and comfortable. She helped me buy everything and anything you possibly need for your face as I asked her to (I am preparing for my engagement photos tomorrow). She helped me decide which products were best for me and also compared prices. She took me around the store testing products on my face to make sure the colors matched perfectly. I will never buy make up anywhere else again. I am so pleased with my experience. I forgot her name so sorry but she needs a raise. And her make up was flawless that made me feel comfortable about trusting her as she was incredibly knowledgeable and had tried most of the products herself. I would definitely recommend this Ulta. I am very happy with my new make up and the customer service was top notch.

Went there to look for a certain kind of perfume and she had no clue what it was and told me they didn't have it. 2 seconds later I walked right into it. I told the cashier and she said oh yes they only have the gift set but nothing else of that kind of fragrance. Never apologized or anything?! Also don't like when you walk in and they yell from the customer service counter if you need anything!

Love going here and seeing so many great employees!! Great customer service. Always get greeted when I walk in and asked if I need help looking for anything. Usually i’m nervous to ask for help but these girls really helped me earlier today. They were so sweet to me and even gave me some of their own reviews on a product I was buying. Keep up the good work! Wish I would’ve gotten their names because they were seriously so great!

I had a french twist done at Ulta in Washington MO on Saturday April 22, 2023. My hair began falling out of the twist, inspite of the 57 hair pins the stylist used, before I got back to my hotel. The side comb was improperly put into the twist and also fell out before I got back to the hotel. I didn't have time to go back for them to redo my hair because I was to be at my grandsons wedding. Needless to say it was for a very special event. This twist cost me $71.00 and it fell out within minutes. Very sad.

This Ulta is the friendliest I have ever visited. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help answer any questions or recommend what you’re really looking for. The salon is the best! I was hesitant at first to book an appointment, but after my first visit, I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you for being welcoming and having a good attitude toward your customers. It is greatly appreciated!!
