We have purchased our last few vehicles from Modern Auto and will continue to use them in the future! We come back for all of our service and have had to use the body shop too. They are always very friendly, warm and welcoming! I always leave very happy and trust them completely!

I don't normally write reviews, but when I do, it's because they deserve it! I am super picky as to where I take our cars(it must be a known dealership)and it can be something as simple as a oil change! They got us in right away on a very short notice. I highly recommend this place. Honest and super friendly!

Needed a new key for my Yukon XL, lost my only key. Dave in the Service Dept told me my vehicle would need to be towed to the shop as reprogramming the key could not be done at home. Quoted me $80 to reprogram the key + cost of towing. Completely different story from Jim Trenary in Union. At Jim Trenary, I paid $37 for replacement key and $15 for codes from GM and programmed the key while car sat on my driveway! Feels like a rip off to me. I left a message on Bob's voicemail voicing my concerns.....never got a call back.

These guys are amazing!!! The whole staff was very nice. My wife and I came in from out of town to buy a car that we found online. We were very happy with the whole process.
