Great first experience for some embroidered scarves like our kids bought for their dogs. Turned out great and can't wait to post up their photos. Treats and and a couple toys later, we'll see how they like them. Love the service and selection. Buy local even if it's 60 miles from our home in St. James!

Had a very unsettling experience about a week ago coming here with my dog. Was in there to buy some allergy shampoo because she has been having some environmental allergies and in the process an employee fed my dog a chicken treat right after I had just said she was quite allergic.. I proceed to buy the shampoo because, as even stated, I’m really going to need it now and all I got was a subtle apology and my little bag of treats free that was $1.29. Wasn’t particularly asking for handouts, but being the fact that my dog is having severe reactions now and is going to be itching like crazy for probably atleast another week, you would have thought I would have received some remorse, buying $20 dog shampoo too! I loved this place but will no longer be a customer and will not be recommending.

I was a big fan of coming here, but I came in today to get some allergy relief shampoo for my dog and while talking with an employee about the shampoo and how my pup has allergies and is allergic to chicken, she fed her a chicken flavored treat. I don’t mean to bash on this place by no means, and I did receive an apology, but I am very upset about this experience. I did in fact still check out with the items in my hand and she only had given me one of the $1 treat bags for free, I did not intend for any handouts, but being that I was there specifically for something for her allergies and while in the process her allergies were made 10x worse, you’d think I would have gotten the allergy shampoo for discount or something. This is still a great store for you and your pet, but I don’t think i will be a customer there anymore, just really disappointed.

Stopped here today and can’t say enough good things! The owners are amazing! The shop has so many cool things and will def be making a road trip back! Did I forget to mention there were doggos to love on!?! Thanks for an amazing shopping experience.

We love going here! We made a visit specifically to see the Easter bunny & he was beyond great. 10/10 recommend you visit & while you’re there, make sure you get some of their treats. Our fur babies love them & they have them at a great price. ?

This place has the best treats for your dogs in the state she also has the best foods and all kinds of other things they are super friendly bring your dog in my dog loves picking her own treats they bake all of them in house in the back of store

I got matching bandanas for my dog and kitten and she embroidered them with their names free of charge because that’s their special through the week! They were ready in less than 24 hours! She also has handmade/fresh baked treats for pets!

Most definitely the best pup (and cat ofc) shop ever! My pup loves everything from here! TONS of treat options! Cute decor and so much more. Literally the cutest place I’ve been to! I don’t go anywhere else to get my pup anything. And the owner genuinely cares about her customers, wether they have feet or paws n claws!

I recently visited Loyal Bella with my little foster baby Stuart in search of a harness, car seat and some treats. The owner, Jill, was so warm, welcoming and helpful. She talked to me about the options for harnesses and did a fitting on Stuart to make sure that it would work for him. She also let Stuart sample the homemade treats to find the one he liked. Such amazing, personal service. I highly recommend them and will be back.
