Every time I go to kohls store in Washington, MO everyone is so nice and friendly. The retail area, dressing rooms and bathrooms are all very clean. I enjoy shopping in this store.

It was a nice day. My aunt came and asked if I wanted to go, truthfully I don't leave my house too much anymore so it took a little coaxing but I went and let me tell you it was wonderful. A few of the workers answered & told me where I could find certain areas. I found exactly what I was looking for & quite a bit I wasn't looking for. LoL
When we checked out the lady was so friendly & kind. I actually got a very nice discount & some super cute Easter outfits for my 2 g-kids.

I luv Kohls however whenever I’m in this store you will see from time to time younger people walking a dog inside the store, 98% of the time the dog is just a pet. The pet isn’t wearing a “service animal” vest, many people are allergic to pet dander and or down right afraid of dogs. Why should a paying customer have to potentially encounter something that is preventable? But it’s mostly these under 30 year old adults that were never taught to respect others and that it’s not always just about themselves. The thing that these stores don’t think about is that if someone’s pet causes harm to a customer the pets owner and the store is responsible for any potential injuries which will most likely lead to a couple of Law suits.
