Leave off half an order equating to $15. Refuse to answer the phone. We do not live close enough to drive back. Food is greasy on top of it and soggy. Waste of money and by definition, robbery of your customers. Trash franchise and staff.

These people ignored me when I came in there stood at counter for over 15, mins nobody said a word but one lady finally ate you doordash u said no I want to order she went in to next personThe 2nd I tried again this time drive thru it afternoon like 1 they didn't have any chicken with bone in it They said it was frozen.. I'm black they were all Caucasian I do believe it's was racial thing I wont go back a 3 time God bless them all

Ordered 8 piece 3 breasts, 3 wings and 2 legs was offered by associate. We didn’t want any thighs and got home with NO legs and 3 thighs!!Will not be back. Terrible taste as well.

The old lady that is the cashier is very rude. You ordered $40 of food and they can only give you one sauce or they will have to charge you more. The food is never fresh. Hopefully they get new workers.

Lived in Washington for a few years. Decided to go there one time in the drive thru. No one there. Lunch time and no one there. We would drive by and see them not popping. Lol. Rush time and they have NO ONE. I don't even know why that KFC is there.

Get orders wrong and the place is disgusting inside. Workers seem lazy and just stand around ungroomed, not wearing hats or hairnets. My chicken was pink on the inside.

Went there right before dinner time thinking maybe the food would be fresh. When we pulled up we were greeted rudely by an older lady who is always rude. Got the food and I started eating some fries on the way home. They were cold and I could tell they had been sitting for awhile so I decided to wait and see how the rest of the food was when I got home. It had all been sitting there for what tasted like hours. The chicken was disgusting. The fries and biscuit were like chewing on petrified wood because they had sat so long. This place would be ran so much better if they had the proper ownership and better employees. It's sad that people have to spend their hard earned money on a horrible experience.

Craving fried chicken for awhile. Been waiting to try a new chicken restaurant in the area but it is not scheduled to open soon, so we went to our old standby KFC. Always good especially the biscuits!

Food was gross to be frank. The fryer oil was so old it starts college next semester. The prices are way too high for quality this low I won’t be coming back to this location or any other KFC for that matter. It’s disgraceful how far they have fallen.

Ordered 12 piece dark meat. Supposed to be legs and thighs. Got all the way back to New Haven, had 1 leg and the other pieces that were supposed to be legs was wings.

There is a funky smell inside. My husband said it was oil/grease and stuff, but it just didn't smell good at all. The young man who took our order was very polite and well-mannered. It took a while for the chicken, so he asked if we wanted anything, like a couple of cakes or a treat, for no charge while we waited. We said, "No, thank you." When our order finally arrived the chicken was hot but the fries were very cold and the Mac-n-cheese tasted like they had never been heated. The biscuits were warm. I'm almost embarrassed to post this review since now everyone knows we stopped here for a bite. It will be several more years before we consider stopping here again.
