The very nice young lady that is over the jewelry department was very welcoming and helpful with awesome customer service and honestly she is the reason i give a complete 5 stars. She definitely is a valuable asset to JC Pennys.

Their Big and Tall section is a joke. How is it that even the shirts made by Shaq don't have my proper neck size in stock? How do you not have a single suit coat big enough for my shoulders? I'm not even that big. ?

I was searching for a big and tall button dress shirt for my husband to wear to his grandfather's funeral. Only 4xl there was, a Shaq shirt for $60! Do bigger men not need to wear nice clothes that are afforadble?! Women's options were plenty, ashame he doesn't wear dresses
