Used to go here and find cool stuff, now that management has changed and certain staff are gone they have changed their rules as to what items they'll take, being very picky and basically wanting brand new items. They won't take anything that wasn't made in the last two years. They've become stuck up and they want items that are in mint condition. unfortunately, when you're a used resale/consignment shop it doesn't work that way. Also, I didn't like Graces attitude when I was in last she was very snotty and acted like I was wasting her time with a couple of very simple questions. Washington MO isn't O'Fallon MO, different crowds to serve. Graces has lost my business. They also changed the percentage (lower) you get for your items they sell.

A wonderful consignment shop! The current management is doing an amazing job. Worth a visit to go see and definitely the owner and management is very good to work with for consigning your items. They are not a donation drop off spot, so you'll want to only bring your nice sellable items to consign and donate elsewhere. They give free hangers to hang your clothes to keep wrinkles out. Many unique items to shop for!Love Grace's!

I would recommend avoiding this place. After firing her own Son and having most of her crew walk out she has implemented new strict guidelines for accepting items and removed a 5% discount. If you don't have brand new in season items to sell don't waste your time.

OMG avoid this place like the plague management change. They agree upon sign up to certain discounts to be used for store credit they now are taking that away and you can't even take advantage of the discount bc their system always seems to be down. they won't allow negative feedback on their and block u if you speak out against them.( nothing foul language or anything just honest feedback) shoot they'll probably take this down. Avoid it all cost.

Rather dirty and smelly clothes, really disorganized and recently changed management. Dropped of 2 SUVs full of 2-3 year old home decor, vintage items,furniture and some clothes. After 2 months I had $46.00 not sure where everything went!? I may continue to stop here but will not consign my items.

Big place with lots of items! Some great prices and some not so "thrift" prices. The young lady who checked us out was not very service minded, just going by rote, you could tell she obviously did not want to be there. Otherwise, would've given a 5, well worth the visit.
