If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Detailed explanation of why my car was doing things (some of which I hadn’t told them). Not a cheap fix, but my little work car that travels 100 miles/day runs better now than it did when I bought it newly used 6 years ago. And they only had it a couple days:)

I made an appointment for state vehicle inspection and oil change. It was done in a timely manner The workers were very professional. I used the coupon booklet for both of these needs. It was completely free! That is true service to the community. Thanks guys! Mary Price

They work on my boat rebuilt my carbs. When it still would run right i called them they said they didn't have room for it on their lot to call everyday to see when they did. So I just decide to take it somewhere else. They fixed it in about 10 minutes. You would think they would have had me to bring it back to just look at it. They have a friends boat for 3 weeks and can't figure it out. They don't return phone calls either.

I called and made an appointment to drop off my 96 BMW 328i convertible for a state inspection and check engine light on June 14th 2021. My car sat in their parking lot baking in the sun for 3 months while I was repeatedly assured it would be just another week and half and my car would be looked at. At one point I called to tell them I was taking my car somewhere else but was assured it would be in right away. All they succeeded in accomplishing was the destruction of my radiator. My car then sat another 3 weeks. On Thursday September 23rd 2021 I went to the shop to speak with the manger or owner personally. Upon arrival I found my passenger side door ajar, the glove box cover torn off and laying on the floor and the under-dash cover torn down. The clear coat paint had blistered on the trunk lid and front fender from baking in 100 degree heat for 3 months. I was told by the manager the owner would contact me. I waited for 1 week to see if the owner would reach out to make this right before I posted this review. As you can see by this post, no response. Stay far away from this shop.

Chuck and his guys take great pride in their work. I have used them for a transmission rebuild on my 1994 Dodge Ram automatic. They rebuilt the transmission in 2011, and it is still shifting strong 10 years later with zero issues. In 2010 they replaced the gears in the Alpha 1 outdrive on my boat. I have at zero issues with it either.

Car was clearly hit when on their lot. Very upset wasn't even told. I found it by picking my car up after hours. The owner was NOT helpful.They told me if it came down to needing a rebuild a diag would be free. That ended up not being the case. $250ish dollars less. I took it to Arnold to have it rebuilt. I felt very deceived and taken advantage of. Oh and if they promise you a time to look at it by... except like 3 days later... 10/10 would be better off throwing money in the trash.
