I’ve been trying to get Propane from AmeriGas for eight days. I have to be home for them to fill my tank because it is below the required level. I have been calling and asking them daily to give me a day that they are coming so I can make sure we are home. They have shown up three times without calling to give me a heads up (although they said they will give a heads up). So therefore I am not home because I have a job. I called Mfa at 3:00 PM and they told me they could come out at 8 AM the next day. They were at my house by 7:50 AM the next day. Why can they schedule a day and time but not AmeriGas? MFA has my business for life. I gave Amerigas eight days to complete the task and it took MFA less then 24 hours.

I would give no stars if it would allow me because it is so extremely frustrating and aggravating to speak to a call service Advocate who doesn't advocate anything. Since we canceled our account in August and they still have not come to pick up the old tank. It's absolutely stupid ridiculous that my name got left off the account ??? It's in my email and it's my account payments were made. So the tank is just sitting in my yard...

Customer service does really nothing to help. I have called 4 times, emailed 3 times, and sent in request forms from the website and there has been no resolution to my simple requests. The email addresses, phone numbers, and departments they tell you to contact all end with zero reply or it sends you back to the same people who can't help you. Nobody calls me back to resolve anything. Bummer.

They dont disclose how many gallons weve purchased a year and yet continue to bill us over $100 for not buying enough of their product. Ive brought this to the attention of the MO Attorney General and will take it from there. Im tired of dealing with their customer service and getting no where and no response via email. Terrible company and im not sure how they stay in business even with the current amount of open lawsuits against. There may be another one coming.

Ordered a fill in June on the Coupon and gauge said 20%, so should of had room for 300gallons however they only put 193gallons in and broke the gauge off tank(didn't say a word about it) so upon checking why only 193 gallons were added I found gauge laying in grass.. So upon calling they said I had 43% so it would only take 193gallons, Today they were out and fixed gauge and said it's at 57%. So did they do this on purpose so I didn't get the full discount or does gauge even work.. im So confused and done with Amerigas after only 7months, Pathetic!! SHADY? ILLEGAL? I DONT HONESTLY KNOW!!!!

Terrible call center and service. Got a coupon in the mail for a great price with rebate. They put the order in and disconnected me without answering questions. I called back 3 other times and finally someone told me about all the hidden fees that none of the local companies charge….. Delivery fee, leak check fee, tax and materials it was like $200 in fees. Canceled with these scammers. Call around everyone don’t just use this company.

I’m on auto refill all last year and you constantly let my tank get too low. I had to call all 3 times I needed a delivery and beg for a delivery. Unacceptable behavior from your company and horrible service for 3 years running.

Not the best place to get propane, unfortunately it's not like I have allot of options. In fact they pretty much have a monopoly on the propane in this area. It all began in January when I had them come to my house and put 80% of propane in my tank, which I requested. I paid the bill immediately and then they returned to my house with no authorization to come what so ever, (which was only a little over a week), and filled the propane tank up when we weren't home. We called, and finally after numerous attempts got a hold of someone. They acted confused which the lady was foreign and could barely speak English, and hung up on me numerous times. She eventually said she would put a note in their system to only put propane in the tank if I first called and requested more. She never apologized or offered to give us any credit for their mistake or my troubles for paying a bill I wasn't prepared for. Overall, a terrible experience with customer service and services all around.

It's impossible to get a hold of the company, just foreign call centers that are no help. I have called for gas and after not getting it when expected I spent endless time on the phone being told it was delivered. It clearly wasn't. Later they said oh the ground was too soft. Okay, could have informed me or been honest from the beginning. I wanted to buy the tank because everytime I need a refill they find ways of tacking on too many fees/time and hassle. Was sent to multiple phone numbers. Made a circle. Just had to cancel service because I will not support a company who is dishonest, and impossible to even reach a customer support. All they can do it takes your money and nothing more. I recommend just filling your tanks yourself and save your time and money. Shouldn't feel like a chore or like I'm getting scammed when paying to just to get a tank of gas filled for cooking.

Customer service is horrendous. I was told propane would be delivered if we made a payment on our balance and now two days before Christmas we're about to run out of propane. This has been a nightmare. I have two children and an elderly woman living in my home and have had zero help from customer service. They place me on hold and pretend to try and contact a supervisor. Now they are saying we need to pay the entire balance before propane can be delivered. At this point we will be out of propane before someone can deliver it even if we pay our balance tonight.
