This is a fantastic spot to stay. I worked remotely here while visiting family and it was so well set up and easy to use. The area is beautiful, parking is off street, and there are lots of little shops to check out. I will stay again.

I've stayed at this property on a couple of occasions while in the area for business. It's clean, well maintained, comfortable and the owner was very hospitable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend it to others.

We stayed in the rear loft. When we opened the door we were so pleasantly surprised. I would say that this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Elegant is the best way to describe it. From the bathroom with the beautiful granite and double sinks to the kitchen with the same granite and the new appliances and the spacious bedroom with a large walk-in closet it wraps you in luxury. The entre apartment is nicely decorated. We enjoyed watching the very large screened tv while drinking coffee from the well stocked Keurig coffee maker. There is a large deck with a nice ceiling fan.We will definitely stay here again.

I took my 2 daughters for a girls weekend get away and we stayed in the loft on the back of the building. We loved the privacy of the deck. The parking was great. The loft was so comfy and nicely decorated with the comforts of home. Loved the location.We walked to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Washington. We will be going there every year for our yearly trip. Thanks so much for going the extra mile and having the special little touches of super nice bedding and towels.

The location is perfect for wedding venues and events in downtown. Just 10-15 min to strip malls, Walmart etc. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, if you can handle the hills back up! Stairs up to our front loft were steep, but manageable, no washer dryer, cute little microwave and full fridge. I thought the fire sign (required by law) would be an issue, but it never bothered us because the bed is hidden from the light. Huge TV with tons of sport and movie channels. Clean, plenty of posh towels, etc. Soaps, hair dryer, dishes and towels, detergents and all right there. The unit is clean! Just be prepared to climber those stairs.

Beautiful, clean, spacious loft, perfectly located to enjoy downtown Washington's shops, restaurants, bars and scenic riverfront. Comfortable bed and bedding for a great nights sleep. Easy check in and responsive communication from host.

Not a fan of bed and breakfasts so I was hesitant but these units, we rented front and back for our family, exceeded our expectations. They are very nice, beautifully appointed and everything is newer. I would definitely make this my destination of choice next time I’m in the area.

Wish I lived here! My wife and I stayed in the "loft" for one night on the Sunday of labor day weekend. We had a little trouble getting in at first because I was unaware that check in wasn't until 3 but Pat showed up and let us in. After that, everything was perfect! The place was beautifully and recently decorated with every attention to detail. The kitchen has everything you need including a single electric stove/hotplate that is not pictured. The freezer has an ice maker in it so no need to buy a bag of ice like I did. The bathroom has soaps, shampoo/conditioner, body gel, and lotion. The towels and bath robe were thick and soft. There is even a black make-up towel for the ladies as well as makeup wipes in the drawer. There were multiple phone charges on the desk as well as USB ports at the bed side. The smart TV was huge but appropriate for the size of the room and has several apps like Netflix built in. There is free wifi as well although I comment on quality because I never needed it.We absolutely loved everything single thing about this loft and can't wait to come back.
