Crappy customer service employees are either on their phone or standing around leaning on something conversing and act irritated if you ask them about anything. I normally don’t post this negative stuff, but something really needs to be done about it.

Our boat trailer had a trailer axle hub fail. We took the hub to Bomgaars and was able to purchase a replacement hub. Since we were 2 hous from home, we also purchased replacement bearings for the other hub. Since we were making the repairs in a parking lot at a boat launch, we're needed additional tools and materials such as a punch, file, and hand cleaning items. There were plenty of helpers on the floor to help us find items. The checkout people were friendly and interested in making our experience positive.

Store was very clean. I couldn't find any employees to help me, but as long as you know what you want and where it is, the store wasn't more than 120% of the price any where else.
