Pizza is never ready on time. Then you arrive and they tell you they still have to make it. Even though they have no orders in front or behind you. I’ve come back to change my review it’s even worse now because they want you to pre-pay they don’t even trust you to get gas anymore now you get to stand out there for 45 minutes and wait for them to turn on the pump after you pre-pay just to go back inside after you guess how much fuel it’s going to take to fill up your car and pay them again ignorant pathetic . Feel like standing outside for 30 minutes while the employees mess around inside and never turn the gas pump on? This is the place to go multiple times per week happens can’t even gas up my work vehicle without standing here for 30 minutes pathetic. Back again to add to the review. Do not order pizza the older gentleman that works there will throw it at you through the car window.

Ordered pizzas, was 30 minutes later than told by the app, when I got home 15 miles later, was the wrong pizzas. Called the store and got passed around to a sparky rude manager who told me deal with it and hung up. Managers are rude and incompetent, and the cooks are always so high they can't talk let alone perform a duty of any kind. Customer Service doesn't exist in this country any more.

Christmas eve go to Casey’s to get a cold sandwich so I can have something to eat for Christmas. Casey is completely wiped out. There is no food anywhere prepared. What is the guy in the kitchen doing? I give this place a zero not Christmas to the customers.

Casey’s has great pizza!!!!! I’m from AZ and we cannot find great pizza especially from a gas station/ convenience store! What a great benefit to living in the Midwest!!!!! They have great donuts too but you gotta get here early!

The Sedalia Missouri location is my favorite of all the Casey's I have visited. Great service and great quality food products. I'm eating pizza right now and loving it.

My experience was not good . They had one checkout person on a lotto ticket night . My pepperoni and black olives pizza was dry and the black olives were just thrown in the middle of the pizza ,they didn't cover the whole pie.

Bathrooms are filthy, and absolutely 0 toilet paper anywhere, they didn’t even have any female workers to restock their restrooms. For a gas station that’s right off of the highway you would think that taking care of their restrooms is priority but clearly they don’t care about their customers. I never have any issues at my local Casey’s, this is just disappointing.

Casey's gas pumps are frequently down. Not all of them--just one or two. There's no signage or bag on them (as most gas stations signal issues with their pumps). This happens so frequently that when a customer is struggling, sometimes another customer volunteers, "That one's been down for a week." They have squeegees but never any Windex to clean your car at the pumps. Ergo they might as well eliminate the squeegees.Casey's has two iced coffee machines. One has had an out of order sign on it for seven months. The one next to it usually has an inch or two of coffee in it, then it runs out.If you're looking for iced coffee, go across the street to MacDonalds. It's $3.04 for a medium sized iced coffee which is more than Casey's charges, but you don't have to wait almost a year for them to either fix one machine or refill the other.

I didn't even want to leave one star the employee Chris is always unfriendly rude and never smiling. But tonight my child and I stopped in for a drink and to use restroom. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in lady's room. I told him there wasn't any of either. He walked away ignoring me. I said okay that's cool. He then preceded to slam cabinet door giving me dirty looks the whole time we were in the store. Every time I see him I dread going in. I have stopped going to this Casey's because of him. It was totally unnecessary for his behavior because I simply let him know the bathroom had no paper products for customer use. Beware Chris at Casey's across from McDonald's. That poor needs Jesus
