“My main RV AC unit went out on July 3rd. I knew they would be closed on the 4th as they should be. I called and left a message to get on the schedule. Before 9am on the 5th Jay called and said that he had a replacement on the truck and would come to my camper and check if he could fix my current one. Well it was junk and he promptly replaced with a new one. Before 11 am. This will be my go to guy from now on. Great service.”
“Today (Sunday) the battery in the van I use to transport my father, who is wheel chair bound, would not hold a charge for longer than a few hours. I am supposed to leave at around 530 AM tomorrow to take my Dad to KC for surgery. O'Reilly's not only installed my new battery for me, but also ran a check on the alternator to make sure it was running properly, and on the new battery once it was installed. I could not be more thankful and grateful. They did an amazing job.”
