I wouldn’t even give this place the time or day day again I was charged for a service I never got my appointment was scheduled for 4:30 on 10/24/23 and they change my time to 5:30-6:30 and still no On my way! We attempted to use this business, but after scheduling 3 times, and no one showing up or calling us I called back in and said I wanted a refund. All the staff would do is apologize, tell me I had been double booked and then tell me the person who was assigned to my detail was no longer with them. I re-arranged my schedule 3 different times to have them come out and no call no show each time. I find this unacceptable and would NEVER refer them to anyone! Such an unprofessional company! DO NOT use them unless you want constant rescheduling and no shows!

I requested a cleaning for Last week, they called me because they were unable to do it that day so rescheduled for today between 11am and 12pm… at 12:13 I got a message confirming that the specialist was on the way… it’s 1:28pm and I’m still waiting on him and on them to answer the phone to see when is my service going to be taken care of…

The Customer Service Was Great there the only thing I had a problem with is that the owner did not have enough man power to help him but other then that I will be back for another detail
