Waited in line to pick up a script in the drive through and when it was my turn they closed the windows and shut the blinds and covers i received no words but a sign being put up stating there was no pharmacist on duty and that they were closed for lunch. I went inside the store and the techs were all walking out and the explaination i received was cold stating that they had to take lunch...all of them...now i get that you have to take a lunch but leaving multiple vehicles in the drive through that had been waiting longer than 30 minutes is quite an issue. Looking at their hours on the building it states nothing of their closed for lunch...on the website it does...maybe my fault maybe not but the lack in consideration for someone waiting in line is atrocious and the lack of care is right there with it.

Honestly I don’t understand why everyone who works in the pharmacy is SO incredibly rude. I’m always nice and respectful of them but have never received the same treatment in return. I don’t mind waiting for medicine I never have but they get the biggest attitude when I arrive before it’s ready. I wouldn’t be coming to get it right away if I didn’t need it.

Go to any pharmacy but this one. Prescriptions are always delayed. I waited in line for twenty minutes just to pull up to them putting a cardboard sign in the window saying “no pharmacist on duty”. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible! Long wait times even when they text that your prescriptions are ready. The pharmacists are crabby and rude. The lines are long and it's always chaotic.

I’m upset at the people that work here the manager is rude and did not even care to fix my issue that has been going on for 3 months now. They printed pictures for me that I paid $ 100.00 for and then they said they had a issue with the machine and that they will call me when they fix it and print again. I have been busy with work and Covid and anyway called again that other day and they said the threw them away cause they only keep them for so long! I was like ok so they said they would print them again and when they did now they want me to pay again . Even though 2 other people there knew about the issues and knew that they were not going to charge me .. So I won’t be ever ordering pictures from them again , but yet the manager don’t have to be so rude to the customers and even when I said I want to file a complaint she did not care .. RUDE !

Automatic refill service was a pain, always messing meds up and did not have staff to keep up with demands. We switched pharmacies after being with them for years.

I just moved to Warrenton a couple months ago and I have had nothing but good experiences with all of the workers I've encountered at this Walgreens! All of the pharmacists are super sweet as well as the workers at check out! I definitely recommend this Walgreens if you need somewhere to get your medication!

If you need to call to check on your prescription get ready to be on hold for 2 hours. The worst service I have ever received this has happened no once not twice not three times but over four times. This is medication that I need every day. I’m changing pharmacy as we speak

Worse customer pharmacy service ever. I Get a headache every single time I try to pick up my medication even though they text me it's ready. SeriouslyI can't believe this town I moved to-And this is my Walgreens pharmacy! One year and a half of total confusion at this place. Don't use Warrenton, Missouri Walgreens Pharmacy drive yourself all the way to Wentzville. Save yourself a big Headache....Every single month...if I could GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD.
