This facility is really falling short on customer service. Purchased a gun online and received email to go pick it up. Upon arrival they could not find the order, then at no fault to clerk there was issue with order on computer. He called a manager back to help multiple times and 45 minutes later no one had come back to help. Ended up leaving and clerk is suppose to call when a manager finally stops by to help him out. The last time I was in to pick up an order from them they dropped the pistol and chipped the grips on it. Took no responsibility and I had call the manufacturer and RK head office to get the new grips issued to me from Italy. This place has really gone down hill with customer service. Its sad!!!

I was able to get help very quickly but I always buy more than I came for and I didn't have to wait in line to check out

If employees don’t know how to run a forklift they should not be running one. Almost had an employee run the forks thru my truck tires because of lack of training. So before getting something that need to be loaded by forklift people may want to ask if there is someone there who can actually run a forklift

Rural King associate was out side with leaf blower blowing dirt, debris all over customer vehicles. I mentioned the issue to the associate but he continued with any consideration of customers vehicles
