Scammers. They add extra charges to your bill without asking. Lifetime balance $30 and tire protection warranty for $35. When I asked if this is something I am supposed to agree to they said yes. I told them I didn't and I wanted a refund. They told me they would have to do a full refund of $400 which takes 5-7 days. Then charge me again for the correct amount over $300. I would have both charges on my account until the original was refunded. I won't be taking my company or personal vehicles here again.

On our way to Mizzou Homecoming this morning, thought we had a leaking tire. Thankfully found this place and they had our car up in minutes. Unfortunately for us, it ended up being a cracked rim. They gave us a temporary fix to get us home - and didn’t charge us a dime for their time and quick work. Greatly appreciate the kind service.

I went to four Plaza locations trying to get new tires today. ?
While the 1st and second were very nice and attempted to help # 3 was beyond rude to me and made me feel like i was inconveniencing him. At that point I took matters into my own hands and reached Sebastian at the Warrenton location.
I told Sebastian what I needed and why I needed to have it done today. He jumped into action and was quick to find out if he could make it happen. Never did I feel like it was any trouble. Once I arrived, the process was fast and easy.... resulting in 4 new tires in less than an hour, polite and humorous staff and a very happy customer! It's not rocket science to treat others the way you would want to be treated. Sebastian and his "waitstaff" lol... provided excellent service and I will most definitely make this the only Plaza Tire I use from now on. Thanks guys!

Warrenton store always pleasant they don't look at a female customer and try to sell what she doesn't need. Very respectful group of guys. If u disagree don't comment. I have great service even though I don't like having to go but tires sometimes need attention. Thanks guys fast, honest and great customer service.
