Bait and switch. Originally quoted 20.00 to reset brake codes after I changed brakes on 2020 silverado. Ended up being 195.00 roughly. This was a 2 day process. I was informed to change brake sensors to complete task which took all of 40 minutes at home when that was quoted at 300.00 plus parts. I told them I'd do it to save money and was told to come back and they'd reset system again at a discount. In all honestly I didn't a discount price but the service manager was aware that I was originally quoted 20.00 so I thought after the 1st 130.00 was spent I'd probably pay 20.00 the 2nd day for a 5 minute job. We'll that was untrue. I left today with 64.00 bill. I think my biggest problem is the lying. I understand there's a business to run there but to cheat people out of hard earned money is wrong. I am fortunate that in the end I can afford to pay but the principal of lying isn't right. I can tell you they all were friendly as they collected my money and my final talk with the service manager was "to bad so sad". That's unacceptable in my opinion. So protect your wallets Warrenton when you choose to use this dealership. Now I know why Chevrolet wants to control dealerships because they give GM a bad name from an experience they can't control. I will continue to drive GM products and support them but not this dealer.

Great service as always, They let me know and fixed my brake pads on the rear; everything was completed in 1 day!

I found them very thorough in taking care of my truck and even giving me a break on the price. I went for an oil change and they checked everything even the belts and other fluids.
