I showed up out of the blue with 2 runs of all 4 tires. Dealt with a guy named Gary, the guys got me in there pretty fast and back out just as fast. Gary did great with his helper, not only doing the full project but training the other individual the correct way through the process. Both the gentlemen there were accommodating to what I wanted and double-checked everything. Need more folks with that level of care in the world these days. Great job guys.

Updated review. Today is March 7th 2023. Screw in front right passenger tire. Fortunately I was first in line and it's being repaired. I am so thankful for this Discount Tire. I could not be more pleased. Updated review. Today is February 1st 2023 Brother In Law truck had a screw in tire. Complex lock bead rim tire system takes a bit longer to repair but they made it happen for me.Updated review. Today is October 1st 2022. Another day that Discount Tire was able to do a flat tire repair due to a screw. I am so thankful for Ismael and his Discount Tire Crew. This location is the absolute best. Read my review from previous time. I absolutely wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.Called ahead and was uncertain if my Tire could be repaired. Wasn't quite sure what metal tool was sticking out of the shoulder of my tire. I signed it and it's in their bin of tire pops. Kevin said bring it in; thankfully I had purchased the tire warranty. Kevin placed the order for the tire and since I was driving on my spare they called me once the tire arrived. I brought my truck back in and they swapped out my spare tire with the new replacement. My favorite guy is Kevin although my favorite stores are tied with One off of Melrose in Vista and the other off of Midway in Sports Arena area.

Last week I noticed I had to continually air up my left rear tire. Noticing my screen keeps saying my psi is very low and to pull over. Thinking it's my car is incorrect I continued to air my tire. After airing my tire for the 4th time I became very nervous because now my car said I have a flat tire and to pull over. Thankfully, I was at work and discount tire was across the street. It was late Friday evening and I was afraid they we're closed. I remember driving very slow until I got there. It was 20 mins before 6 and they closed at 6. They looked so busy with cars racked up. The associated who helped me told me they might not be able to save the tire. Depending on the condition. I let him know, I just purchased the car but he said it doesn't matter. Knowing they were about to closed, he said if they don't have the tire, I would have to come back. I could not drive it home if the condition was bad. After they inspected the tire, they found a nail. I cannot believe it. !!!How did I ended up with a nail in my tire. As careful as I am, it doesn't matter. A different associate informed me that they were able to patch it up and saved my tire. In addition, there's no charge for the service. I almost cried in front of him but I held myself together. I was so thankful, I drove off crying in the car. Thank you guys for helping me make it home safe. I feel so blessed and grateful for the A+ service they provided. helping a girl like me that has no clue what to do in a time of desperation. Thank you,

I have been having issues with the air pressure in my front right tire for 3 months ever since I had my tires replaced by DT in Solana Beach. I took it in once, and they inspected it, said nothing was wrong, put some air in it, and then sent me on my way. That was back in September and since then I've had to put air in that tire 2x per week. It hard to get appointments at the Solana Beach location and every time I would come without one they would tell me they didn't have time to help.Andrew at the Vista location helped me out and had me in and out the door in less then an hour and a half without an appointment. His team couldn't find any leak/hole/crack/source of air leak either, but ended up replacing the tire under warranty at no cost to me. He mentioned that he saw my hospital badge for the children's hospital in south SD in the cup holder, and didn't want me having to worry about the low air issue on my long commutes.Truly service at its best- professional, reliable, kind, thorough. Thank you Andrew and all of Discount Tire Vista team!

The only place I go to buy used tires. I got a set of decent AT tires for my truck for roundabouts $264. Simply the best service for the best price. I go to the hawk point location. Warrenton location has never been open when I needed tires.

It's a good place to get used tires. It's just getting them on the phone and getting someone to work. When they does things like that it doesn't look good for a business but when they're doing what they are supposed to do. It's an awesome place to go for tires.

I've been coming here for several years. They are consistently providing fast service- very efficient, very professional, and knowledgeable. I don't feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need.As part of their service, they provide free air checks and flat service for purchased tires. So I've been here several times when my car's tire pressure warning light comes on. They've checked the pressure, the surface of the tires to ensure there is no damage, and have reset the tire warning light. They've squeezed me in at the end of the day and make it seem effortless.You can buy tires at lots of places, but it's the service that makes the difference.

The whole team here is fantastic and did a great job installing tires on my tacoma. They were fast, friendly, and out the door at a great price. The manager, Ishmael was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend Discount Tire, and especially this location

I will never go to this discount tire ever again. They replaced my tire without telling me if they could fix it or not. They gave me no options, but to put my spare and now I have to drive to San Diego to get a new tire. Screw these guys! I'm so pissed!

Very bad experience. Started off good with the initial visit, quote and scheduling appointment but drove off with my old tires after wasting the morning waiting for them to find the tires that were delivered the day before my scheduled appointment. I get it, things happen. But I specifically asked the service manager if it would be done by noon because I had another appointment to keep. (Dr visit for my one year old) not once, not twice but three times I pointed out I needed to be out by noon...they assured me if I made an appointment I would be done in an hour no problem. I made my appointment for 1030 (which I later found out was actually 1045) showed up at 1025, waited in line for 15 minutes, got to the counter at 1040...he wrote in that I checked in at 1048 and said the car should be done by noon...The car did not leave the spot I parked it in for 45 minutes and when I called to ask if it was on pace to be done by noon, the manager assure me it was...by noon the car had made it on the rack...I asked the manager to get it off asap as I had to leave...especially since nothing had been done to it at all. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME - make sure you have ample time, even IF you make an appointment...or go somewhere else because punctual timing does not exist here.
