“My daughter has had a very rough year health wise and her 23 yr old outward appearance wasn't as confident and beautiful as her soul. Took her here and she tried on jeans that fit and made her feel beautiful... and then a few shirts! They worked with us so she could wear the new clothes out with a big smile on her face! Highly recommend! And thank you to the staff!”

“The Cato in Warrensburg needs to be a model for all Cato Stores. I visited some in the KC area. The staff was not friendly like here. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. In Lee Summit Store ,there were 2 employees complaining about the work that needed to be done. You can see my posting on it. They did not carry large size clothes at all, I feel bad I cannot remember the gir that help me , but she was wonderful. Thank you.”
