I have always had a great experience with Warrensburg Dodge. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them always working with David as the salesman. This last vehicle, purchased in November 2023, was equally a good experience. I usually service my own vehicles however using coupons from Warrensburg Dodge I could not beat the price for oil changes. The service department has always provided appointment times that met my timeline requests. I have always had good experiences with the service department with repairs being properly performed.
I highly recommend Warrensburg Dodge for all your automotive needs.
A little disappointed with service this time. I came in for an oil change which usually includes a multipoint inspection. I did not receive the check sheet and when asked for the check sheet, I was told check sheet was not filled out. This makes me wonder if the multipoint inspection was completed at all. I purchased this vehicle in 2010 and always before the next oil change reminder sticker is for 3000 miles for the next change. The vehicle has 244,800 miles and for an older vehicle oil changes at 3000 miles is the way I keep my vehicles running so long. The sticker was a straight 250,000 miles which is more than the normal 3000 mile change interval. The last item was oil residue on the inside of the driver door. Easily wiped off but still not what is the norm.

We will never use another dealership! Our salesman Scott, was personable, easy to deal with, no back and forth hassle. Then we worked with Chris in finance and again, it was stress free, quick, efficient and also very nice to deal with. I have already sent their names to family and friends for future use. Scott called a couple days after the deal just to make sure everything was going ok! I honestly can’t say enough positive about the experience and team we worked with.

Can’t say enough good things! Great things are happening at Warrensburg Chrysler. Came in for fluid leak diagnosis and was given an estimate for repair as well as next day repair scheduling ( likely due to the parts shortage) Above all friendly faces!

My husband & I are very pleased with new 1500 Dodge Big Horn truck larger gas tank , so we will be able to travel 100 mi.more before next fill up .Many beautiful features 17/24 on gas mi.sales men were great,looked hard for finding right model,good price.
