I have been a customer of Charter/Spectrum for many years. Never had a problem. When cable became too high and I told them they gave me premium channels and lowered my monthly bill. Now I have internet and TV streaming bundle for $69. They have always been courteous and helpful to me.

The store itself is great and I’ve never had an issue with the staff. They’re quick and kind. Answer questions quickly and if they don’t know they’ll find someone who does.

many problems with service tech have been very nice and helpful but still have problems
