Stopped to get ice and coffee. The cappuccino machine button stuck so it overflowed. The outside of the cup was wet and sticky so I put it in a second cup. (I even cleaned up the mess it made)
I get to the counter and the attendant tells me I had to pay for the second cup. No matter how I tried to explain what happened he just kept rudely repeating I have to charge you for the second cup. Seems maybe a little common sense should come into play. Losing a customer over the cost of a paper coffee cup is not good business.

This Phillips 66 station is listed as offering the Kickback Rewards points, but the pumps will not allow you to enter a loyalty card or your phone number to do so. I went inside to ask a clerk what I was doing wrong, she advised me that this station doesn’t actually offer the Kickback program anymore and she added that quite a few people ask/complain about it. It’s actually the second time I’ve stopped here to try to use the Kickback program without success. I would hope that the owner of the station can get onboard again or, at a minimum, quit listing themselves as a program participant so that I and others can make a more informed decision on where to stop in the future.

I love this station. The staff are very friendly and personal. They try to remember and interact with repeat customers I've been going here for many years and will tell anyone to go here

Easy access in and out of the parking lot whether you are in a car or a truck with a trailer. Convenient location too.
