I have ordered several times from Lowe's in Warrensburg. I always have problems with getting my stuff Delivered! I went and ordered a refrigerator on Thursday and was told delivery would be Saturday. I gave them my phone number and waited Saturday for that phone call that never came so I finally called to get a ETA, I was told that it would be 2 weeks! They did not tell me this when I ordered it! They told me 2 days! This is not the first time I have set waiting for them to deliver something and not show up! I ordered kitchen cabinets and they brought the wrong ones and broken ones! I set one day at my son's house several miles away from me the entire day and they never brought it it came a week later! I live in Clinton MO and unfortunately Lowe's is the only store around this area that doesn't charge over $200. For delivery! I am a old woman and my husband is past on, so I can't pick it up! If I was told that it would be several weeks before they could deliver it I would have picked a different one! Now they have my money and I have nothing!

Seems this lowes is getting worse by the day. Very young employees w/o any experience treat people like we are stupid.. when the customer gets upset and fights back ,, we are being called RUDE and THAT THEY WON'T NO LONGER TALK TO US.. specially a young lady named Destiny and a incompetent cashier named Alissa. They charged my account today without me being there and w/o my card being swiped.. then they asked my daughter some utterly stupid questions .. All they had to do is type in my tax exempt number and let my daughter swipe her card.. we live on the same farm.. duhh.. but no.. they charged MY account without me being there and without my card being even swiped.. OMG i was so pissed I wanted to scream. They where wanting signatures from my daughter and for her to sign the purchase that was not authorized.. My daughter has her own card.. why the hell did they charge my account which is a NO NO without my card..Those young kids have no sense of responsibility and they don't bother to call a manager to correct their mistake.. the lousy attitude tops it..

Purchased a washer/dryer combo on Thursday with a delivery scheduled for Saturday. We were told and w agreed to a phone call on Friday to set up a time for Saturday. Friday came and went with no phone call until I complained. Within minutes I received a phone call for a 3:30-7:30 window. Not an issue. To make it easy for them, I removed the doors to make sure it was easy. 8:30 rolled around and nothing. No courtesy phone call nothing. I made a trip to the store to talk to the manager, Curtis. He kept apologizing, but could not do anything. Apparently, Lowes doesn't control their deliveries. He could not even call them to see where they were. As I was leaving, I crossed paths as the truck was returning. Of course, the crew would not talk with me. They reported to their office what was happening. But when into the store.I called the store again while they were on the phone and takes to Curtis again and he refused to help again. So, Lowes has my merchandise in their store and no delivery date. Later on, the delivery company called again to apologize again. But, they could not guarantee delivery anytime soon. It might be Monday or Friday. They got a pretty good racket going. Nobody is accountable to anyone. Lowes doesn't hold the delivery company accountable and the delivery company doesn't hold the drivers accountable. From what I understand, if you purchase anything and want it delivered at Lowes, you take your chances. Now, I see why they offer free delivery. They can't even held accountable. But even if you pay for a delivery, there is no guarantee they will deliver correctly. I paid for delivery of cabinets. They were delivered early and left out in the rain because nobody answered the door.

I like lowes, we had a home owned store it was economy lumber. The thing home owned has over a box store is they have personal accounts and know the people, with that said lowes have alot of quality dedicated employees that are willing to help, if i see chris or Darrell i can find anything in the store, they are very helpful and the man in the wheelchair is as fast or faster then most people on getting you to the product you need
