Radio is going bad. They ordered a part didnt work. Have another on order im thinking this one may not work either. Its been 3 weeks no fix in sight and the service guys act like they dont really want to bother with it anyway. May trade my vehicle off at another dealership so i dont ever have to deal with these guys. They call you up when they get a part and its another week at least before i can evan get a appointment.

I brought a 2016 Nissan maxima, a day or two after I purchased it all the dash lights came on, check engine, (srs airbag light, tpms light. seatbelt light). Brakes were bad, drive axles are bad, It has major front end problems, it is not safe to drive, they sold me a LEMON. I talked to the sales guy he said he would check on it I never heard back. Do not buy anything from this dealership. I will never buy from them again, they are a very wicked and shady dealership!

Great service! Had an oil change on my Chevy truck, had a little glitch with the O-ring on the filter that caused it to seep. When I discovered it they got me right in and took care of it. Stuff happens and what is important to me is how they respond when it does. Outstanding service with vast knowledge of vehicle maintenance!

Was having coolant issues with my car...losing about a half a gallon every month. Took it to lotspeich in june to have them take a look at it. Was told I needed a new radiator. Got it put in and car seemed to be doing okay. Last couple of weeks car was needing more water. Took it in and told them I thought it was the radiator cap. Yes, they agreed. Got the new cap in and made an appointment for today to get coolant system flushed and antifreeze put in before winter. Seems radiator or cap had been/or was continuing to leak and engine was sucking up steam into motor. Estimate is 5729.00 for motor to be replaced.

I have been getting my oil changed here (mainly because the first three were free). They make it very easy to schedule an appointment online and you can get in and out in a decent amount of time. The cost of oil changes thereafter seems a bit high though.

Less then 1 star, they tried to tell me my driverside front wheel bearing and my two outer tie rod ends didnt pass inspection. Said itd be 800$ if ya wanna get had ask for Chad. I have a cdl and pretrip my vehicle daily. Sincerely Dolan Hankins.

My husband and I purchased a Chevrolet Silverado from Lotspeich Automotive and had super customer service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They made the process go smoothly and easy. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Since it was our first time buying a diesel, they took extra time explaining the differences. They also went over all the features on the dash and paired up my husband's phone to the Bluetooth. We highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Lotspeich Automotive! They are all about loyalty, service, and giving back to the community. We will definitely buy from them again!

Dealing with their service department has wrecked my entire family's week. Daughter's car broke down in Warrensburg so we had it towed to nearest Chevy dealer (Lotspeich). We waited twice for parts to be shipped from Chicago to fix the car. In the meantime, they had no loaner available so we had to drive my daughter to and from Warrensburg to class and then to Grandview Mo to her job. Service staff was NOT friendly, sympathetic, or helpful. After 4 days we pick up her car and make it back to our hometown before it completely broke down again. Completely non operational. We picked it up and paid thinking the car would be fixed. I really don't think they didn't do anything to the car. We will be reporting to better business bureau and anyone else I can think of. We are not made of money and have had to tow it to yet another dealership.
