Military beware!Tony never seemed too concerned with issues we had with the property until it came time to pay the security deposit. Issues like the brand new carpet becoming threadbare in the year we lived there was “just regular wear and tear, don’t worry about it.” Until, that is, it came time to pay back the security deposit.He knows you’re moving states away, and you have a zillion other worries, and despite being a nice enough guy to your face, doesn’t give a single rip about you or your family.
