Loved this place! I called in the morning for an inspection. I was told it could be a wait of 20 minute to 2 hours before getting me in. I waited there for 30 minutes. Then they got my truck in and finished it. Very kind employees! Thanks again for your help! Highly recommend!

Great customer service by John the owner. Professional repairs were done in a timely manner (of a valve cover gasket issue) by nechanic Steve. Reasonable price and very courteous and helpful experience.

I experienced stellar customer service as
soon as I opened the door and was greeted by Ms Christy (front desk) and this continued when speaking to John, as well as remainder of staff. Our issues were addressed and repaired promptly with my eldest son’s car, whom is student at nearby UCM campus. We’ll definitely be using Brooks Auto for any future car issues that may arise. Thanks again!!!

We had an emergency while visiting the college from out of town and they did a great job getting the car repaired same day so we can head back home. I feel like they went out of their way to help us out, and I appreciate it!

I'll start by saying, this isn't easy. I have been a customer at Brooks for many (25ish) years. John and Chris are very nice folks and John has been a great mechanic over those year. Unfortunately, my last 3 experiences have been negative ones. To start, I took my Nissan Xterra in for some work, picked it up when it was finished and drove a couple of miles and could tell that a belt had separated from a front tire. No biggie, I just thought that if they test drove the vehicle, they should have found that. 2nd, my friends p/u went in with a blown head gasket. They called, said it was fixed and we picked it up. After less than 250 miles, the engine blows. They said that it was an issue unrelated to their repairs and just a coincidence. A week or so ago, I took my Nissan back and relayed the message that there was gas in the oil pan. I could smell it and taste it on the dipstick. There was also a miss in the engine. I thought it was from the o-rings wearing out on the bottom of a fuel injector. They very quickly called and said that there was no gas in the oil pan and that it was an ignition coil. They changed the oil, replaced with new ignition coil/coils, replaced rear shocks and charged me $750. I drove about 20 miles and the engine blew up. Granted, this was a high mileage vehicle but "20" miles ? Immediately I popped the hood and low and behold. Gas in the oil pan (still). They assumed no responsibility of course and I am left writing this review. I will never use them nor recommend them again. 3 strikes and thousands of dollars later.

Very disappointed! Had them put a Water pump in and it took 3 times to fix it couple months ago and NOW the alternator they put in went bad overnight. Was it tested? Was it test driven? NO!! Dash lights came on within a mile of leaving their shop.Will never use them again. Find someone else. They can’t seem to get anything fixed the first time

One of the most unprofessional experiences I've had to date. Technician showed no concern towards the issues with my vehicle. Save yourself the trouble..absolutely would not recommend this business (I use that term loosely).
