“Big thanks to the men in the service department at warrensburg chrysler they did an outstanding job on my 14 ram. I had the dreaded lifter and camshaft issue and they got me fixed up in a reasonable amount of time and did a great job in the process. Chris was my service tech and Torrey was my mechanic. Open and honest communication from both gentleman they truly went above and beyond and did an outstanding job thank you fellas ? ?
10/10 would recommend and I'm sure ill see them again in the future looking forward to working with you guys again

“From the moment we entered the facility it was nothing but excellent service. Front desk was kind and conversational, they drove me to Enterprise for my rental while my car was being worked on very friendly driver, and the walk around for my repair needs was informative. They completed the work before the expected due date. Car was repaired beautifully and the cleaned the interior. They picked me up at the rental car agent and drove me back to the car. Just awesome experience all the way around!!! Excellent staff!!”

“Great service! Had an oil change on my Chevy truck, had a little glitch with the O-ring on the filter that caused it to seep. When I discovered it they got me right in and took care of it. Stuff happens and what is important to me is how they respond when it does. Outstanding service with vast knowledge of vehicle maintenance!”

“Myself, my friend and my son were trailering my boat to Truman lake, when a wheel bearing went out on the boat trailer on hiway 50. Took wheel to NAPA. they were so so great. Helped popped out the old bearing, put in the new bearing in for us and got us back on the road in 30 minutes. Great, wonderful people.”
“I went to have some tires mounted and balanced that I bought elsewhere. My lug nuts were rusted and 2 studs broke when they removed the wheels on my car. Not thier fault. But the current manager of the auto center, Jeremiah, took care of everything and paid for the repair. And one of tire pressure monitors broke in the process. He took care of that also. I was not charged anything for the entire process. I have been very disappointed in this Walmart auto care center in the past over the last several years. But now they seem to have the right manager in place who cares and does the right thing and makes customer service and satisfaction a priority. Kudos to Jeremiah the auto center manager. ?”

“I hit a deer with superficial damages to the hood and headlight. I scheduled an appointment and they fixed my headlight same day without any cost outside what I brought. Chris, the technician who worked on my vehicle, was very understanding and generous with my situation didn't even charge me. Great folks overall!”
