I have been here 6 yrs. It's quiet. Nice neighborhood. The repairs get down Quickly. Alpha Mgmt is always very Friendly. Helpful. and Concerned with issues. I Thank them. The Old Mgmt And the New Mgmt oF Alpha Properties, has Shown they Care.

I’m currently living in one of their units and it has slowly become utterly infested with roaches. They’ve not taken action aside from my many requests and I would advise people not to rent from this company.

Excellent property management never had a problem with him. Always helpful anytime that I needed assistance with the property. They were good to me so I don't see anything wrong with using this property management

I might still be renting from this company today if the landlord hadn't sold the property during my lease. That has nothing to do with this rating, except being given a 30 day notice of transfer to the next property management company. Thankfully I am no longer in the building I was originally renting with Alpha. Although the manager became nicer towards me over the course of my time there, he has a reputation of being rude, and I can say that was my experience at first. From our first phone call I should have steared clear. I was given a hard time about my availability to view apartments when I mentioned my work schedule. I remember being grilled on my punctuality. I can only assume this was because I was in my early 20s. Hindsight is 20/20 and I wouldn't accept this treatment now. However, as I said, he became nicer over time and would greet me and talk to me at my place of work. The apartment itself was a "what you see is what you get" situation with bandaids thrown on flooding issues, but any issues were always addressed quickly, including the AC going out in 90 degree weather. I wouldn't recommend Alpha and I go out of my way to avoid even considering renting with them again. They are all over Warrensburg, and were generally great about allowing pets. I think it depends on the person and what property you rent whether you will have a good time with them. I personally think they aren't the best, but not the worst. They also had an online portal for rent payments, which was convenient and a highlight of renting from them.

1st week of moving in there were maggots all over our kitchen floor. Like… ALL over the floor. Disgusting. 0 help from management even though ticket created and tried calling (left voicemail).Behind the washer was absolutely disgusting (see pictures below)Window sill was molding but 0 help from management even though ticket created and voicemail left. Never got a call back on anything either.The screen in my room was destroyed causing wasps and spiders to move in between the screen and the window. Created ticket and tried calling with, again you guessed it! 0 help from landlord. Eventually I threw the screen away and cleaned the bug colonies out from my window, but now when I wanted to open my window pests would fly and crawl in since my room was right next to the dumpster.Now my roommates and I have moved out. It’s been over a month and a half and I still have not gotten my security deposit back. Super hard to get ahold of someone and they never return phone calls.I actually had to take them to court. I won the case and now they are ignoring me. Super unprofessional. Terrible people
