“Everyone in this post office is always so kind and helpful, but recently when my sons passport was lost in Arkansas the team really stepped up to the plate to help me get this found and delivered safely! Pam specifically was so kind, caring and passionate about helping me get the lost passport found and delivered. She continued to follow up with me throughout the process and today, I am THRILLED to report, the passport is home safe and sound! “Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I was flying home from Kansas City on MLK Day and wanted to mail myself my toiletries that I didn’t want to fly home with because I didn’t feel like checking my bag at the airport. I walked in and was helped within 1 minute, gave the shipping address and my information, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes, probably closer to 5 minutes! It being so close to the airport was a welcome bonus!”
“Usually mail(got my mail, very late though)Comes by at 5 pm and I still haven’t got my package yet, it’s labeled as out for delivery and neither have my clothes nor ring came in the mail. Tried contacting a live agent and the robot said they can’t connect me to a representative…”
“I had around 12 boxes (Christmas presents) to drop off. The store had a lot of activity but no matter the stress the ladies at the desk remained very helpful, kind and calm. I even had 2 more that I didn’t have boxes for, but they packaged them up nicely (not cheap, but I was glad to have it done!). Great customer service!!”
“David is super friendly. I love coming to this post office over the big one off post. It's usually busy during lunch time, but if you go before or after lunch there is never a wait (except for around Christmas obviously). Highly recommend this post office!”
“I would absolutely say that the supervisor of this location is a 5 out of 5 stars. Mark went out of his way to help me when our packages were not making it where they needed to be. He was helpful and courteous which can be difficult during this holiday season. The only reason this is a 4/5 star review is because unfortunately I had to have a supervisor help me because the packages weren't getting to me.”
“Very friendly and helpful staff. I'm usually in and out of this location within 10 minutes.If I'm expecting a FedEx package and won't be home to sign for it, I have it held here. Saves time and the hassle of rearranging my day for a package.Have shipped several items from this location. The packages are prepped and shipped without any issues.”
“I am writing this review to appreciate the help I got from the driver who delivered Gorilla playset for my kids in KCMO. It was a huge set packed in 3 huge boxes. The delivery was for driveway only but the driver who's name is Jared helped me to put this huge thing in my backyard.Jared was so nice that I offered him for payment at the end , but he refused to accept it. I think it's rare to find such people now a days. Such employees are an asset for whosoever they work for.”
“I was told my package was supposed to arrive Wednesday by ragbag although dhl told me Thursday and it did just arrive Friday but the only thing I will complain about is the fact I never received a email telling me it arrived …. My package could have sat outside and been stolen”

“I don't go to the post office very often but had a great experience at this particular branch. The line was very short and the man working the desk was very kind. And as far as the mailing service to my home - that's always been great too! I never have any issues with my mail being delivered. When a larger item is delivered, they always put it right by my door. And whenever I have something to be sent out, it's always promptly picked up as well.I read some reviews where people were disappointed that some days their mail was delivered later in the day. I don't see any problem with that. I'm sure certain days are busier than others or maybe the delivery person has variations in their schedule. See no problem with that at all & very happy with the service. Thanks!”
“Sheryl provided service for me, and she was the most friendly and helpful postal employee that I've ever encountered IN a post office. Further, the lady she helped before me was struggling with the permanent change of address process. Sheryl was gracious, patient and helped her to a level so far above what I'm accustomed to at a US Post Office...that it warmed my heart. If Sheryl provided ALL the service at this location...the aggregate rating would be about 4.8.Thank you Sheryl, your kindness and outstanding customer service was both observed and appreciated!”

“For some reason the same post office in Waldron is listed twice on Google Maps. It is the Waldron post office just off of 45 highway. See my other review for more information. If you're too lazy to go look for it here's the skinny. It has limited hours but it is very small fast and friendly. Almost never a line here.”
