Horrible service. Priority packages sit for days saying “In Transit”. Sent a priority mail from the west coast Tue now Sat still shows In Transit since Thursday. Probably stolen any way.

I checked the tracking on my package and it says in villa ridge post office since yesterday and it was suppose to arrive today, when i checked my mail not to my suprise not it was not there.

I don't know any other post office that closes like this it's ridiculous and inconvenient I always have to go out of my way to Union where they're open all day.

Constanly getting mail around this time of year "delivered" but not getting it when they say it is here. Seems to be a lot of mix up with street numbers. But of course this time it happens on a saturday and i cant contact them til monday concerning the package at hand. Its happening too many times. Im sorry your short handed... but, this is frustrating.

Haven’t received some mail. It’s always a hassle when I go in there. They have a 2 hour lunch break so it’s super inconvenient to bring in mail.

This has been THE MOST helpful post office I’ve ever came across. As long as you’re a mildly intelligent kind person you shouldn’t have a hard time navigating this office lol They’re customer service is amazing and we have the absolute nicest post officer worker ever in our Charing Cross subdivision!

The tracker said my package would arrive wednesday before dark and it is currently saturday morning with no updates, it gets returned to the post office every day despite the delivery truck stopping by my house everyday.

We wish the person who delivers mails would check the street number before putting mails inside the mail box. So many mix-ups. We are constantly worried due to very unreliable service here. Also, when someone sends us certified mail, the delivery person never stops by to check if we are home to get signature (we work from home and we are always home). They just place a pink "sorry we missed you" slip inside our mailbox and drive right by (we actually watched this happening many times. By the time we go outside, they are gone and we have to drive to the post office with the pink slip). We don't know if this is the protocol for certified mails for this particular branch but it happened 5 times straight and we about gave up even trying to ask why. Trying to be understanding but very sad to say this USPS branch has the worst customer service. Really hoping things get better for this branch.

It seriously cant be that hard to deliver a person's package especially since that is the job you signed up and are hired to do.

The weekend workers clearly are missing something upstairs. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I don’t understand how a delivery can be put on the WRONG address, 5 miles away multiple times IN A ROW. Absolutely unbelievable.

this is the third time they have said package delivered in parcel box and I have no key in the box... either the delivery person has my package or my neighbor does...
