On a cold, rainy night Felix came and gave me a tow after my truck murdered a deer. He was kind, professional and helpful. I am very appreciative for his quick, courteous service.

Locked my keys in the car. Called AAA and the first technician, who was a lot closer to me, declined the assignment twice. An order was placed with Felix at Plaza and he called within 5 mins of the assignment and was on the way immediately. Even though he was 40 miles away, he was there quick. It was cold and raining and I can't say how happy I was to be warm and on my way.

HORRIBLE service, very unprofessional!! Blew us off & left us waiting on side of road for 4 hours bc we wouldn’t pay him 250$ for a 2 mile tow, will never be recommending him to anyone, avoid at all costs!!!

They really helped us out when our battery was dead on the morning we were planning to start a long drive; they drove 15 mins out of town to give us a jump and then installed a new battery back at their shop, all on a rainy day.

This place towed my stolen car from 2 blocks away and charged me $450 and kept my car almost 1 week before contacting me. One the good side is that He contacted me when the cops didn't do anything about the car being stolen. I'm grateful but wondering who is worse the car thief or the towing thief!?? Still gave him 3 ? for his effort.

Had an unexpected flat tire on a Sunday, after a great camping weekend. $48 on a decent used tire and 30 minutes later, back on the road. Excellent and friendly service.
