Ordered online 3/22/24, order #03CF25E-74. I Went to pick it up and it was ready, so I grabbed my bag and went to my truck and though I better check to make sure my pretzel sidekick I ordered was in there since all I saw was sandwiches. I didn't see it so I went back in with the bag and said my pretzel was missing the female employee that was working said she wrapped it with the sandwich and it was in there, so i said ok and arrived home to find out no pretzel! The store has just been freshly remodeled but everything else is sub par. 40 dollar purchase but will not be back. Much better sandwiches at the Mennonite stores anyway and they appreciate my business.

This place is like a whole new establishment now that the new owner bought and uplifted the place!Thank goodness she decided to come from her successes in Florida to fix up our local subway as well. Sure applied all of hey expertise and good sense and bright it here with her.(Thank you for upping the variables of cosines service values and skills through your wonderful training of others! We needed it. I hope it spreads like wildfire into other spots around here as well. We seem to be stuck in the 80s sometimes, in some places ? I love to see things catch up and improve with the times, and that's happened here.)Versailles struggled for years to keep good employees because of management issues, not now the place is thriving, cleaner than ever, and much more into the now and new.It's truly a brand new spot. I'm so relieved! ???Vegetarian options: I love that they've always had so many great vegetable options, bit I'm glad to see salads on the menu as well. Hopefully they'll I've vegan meat substitutes or something even better in the future for those who want everything but the breast, and dairy free cheese would be awesome also!(Don't forget about Alpha-Gal allergy! Probably one of the better Subways I've been to. The young man and woman working the counter were very friendly. The food was great and the restaurant was very clean.

Service and quality have always been up to par or better but their hours between the website, Google maps, and those on the door of the store are not updated as often as necessary so I've sat in the parking lot waiting for them to open for half an hour, before realizing not all the times match and going elsewhere instead of waiting an additional 30 minutes, much to the disappointment of myself an excited kiddo more than once.

It had been many years since I'd been to a subway, but I heard about the new subs and thought it was worth it to try them. I have to do some unique orders to get ones that don't have pork on them, but when I manage to order one, they're excellent quality. I like the bella mozza with rotisserie chicken instead of pork, and next time I think I'll get it toasted, I bet that cheese would sing when it's melted. I'm a fan of their flavors and quality and will be coming back from time to time again.

It's subway. Service was great. One person doing all the work. Sandwiches were good. Been under for close to a year now I think. Maybe longer. Build supplies have been in a pile on the floor in lobby for that long. So... Service made it 4 stars. If it wasn't for that it would be 3

The bread was dry the meatballs were cold my sandwich was cold and it was late they had an hour and a half to do it and they were still late will not recommend to anybody it needs better management

There was only 1 boy who appeared to be working. I was the only person in the restaurant, it took him 3-5 minutes to come out from the back. Once he started making my sandwich his phone rang, he pulled his phone out of his pocket with his gloves on and laid it on the counter next to my sandwich. He then continues making my food with his same gloves. While continuing, his phone rings again. This time he answers it, asks me to hold on, and walks to the back. (My regret is not walking out at this point) he comes back 1-2 minutes later, picks up my sandwich and finishes making it. Same gloves. ? At this point I’m disgusted and worried for the future of our workforce.
