He’s very understanding, attentive, and personable. The tech’s diagnosis on my issue was through and the way I received all the info via text messages and link was amazing. Upon picking up my vehicle and think over the next course of action, the print out of all the info and a small teddy bear with the company logo was waiting in the passenger seat. Never in all my yrs has a shop ever done something like what Auto Tech Services has down from start to finish. I didn’t meet the techs but I can say MELVIN is awesome as an advisor and point of contact here.”
