“I like Sav-a-lot. Last time I asked, they said they still have their own meat cutters. I can think of a few reasons that's a good thing. I hope they still do and if so I hope the practice continues.Food prices have escalated at an alarming rate recently so I appreciate that I can find items we need at prices that are lower than any other grocery store around. There are items that I've purchased that I will not likely buy again but overall my 3xperience has been positive.”

“Great Article Please Read :A great store and Really surprisingly a Walmart at that!. It is easy to navigate and locate items quickly. Quite a few I would say over 70% employee full service check out and several self-service check out areas, with plenty of customer service staff throughout the store with the ability to order from online and other stores and have it shipped to your local store or home. A fresh deli with fresh Breads and pastries. Available Hot finger foods, Sliced meat & cheeses with Deli made pizzas to cook at home and sandwiches along with fried foods as well with ample security and lighting. With plenty of Staff to take care of you to help you in any way possible!!!A Great Big Named Box Superstore who has become a true included member of the community who Actually Became & Amazingly that it started out with the hope of being just one of our other local businesses. It is large enough but just not outrageous like the larger Walmarts who has the ability to do things on just a little larger scale mostly because of the support of the community, a local business with wonderful ownership and management along with customer service and a special look-out for the community its citizens, and their employees young and old, and it's volunteers, along with it's physically and mentally Challenged employees. Like one big family!!!I'm proud to know, many of them but one in particular who just threw out a pitch at the Royals game. Many who have been there for years or are young and just starting out their career with WalmartThis particular Walmart and its owner who supports the community generously with its many ongoing selling & purchasing and philanthropy, reaching out to & thru our local communities it's citizens and small businesses and sponsorships, Community projects, schools and charities along with the area food banks, and Its Employees and a college in the area that the owner's family comes from.I'll just say a this is a Wonderful Midsize Walmart. With caring and heartfelt owner and great managers and employees.This particular Walmart and it's owner who I know personally, while still having a liquor and automotive department it Did Not put in an automotive section as far as Tires and Service work, & Did Not put in a big dedicated liquor department but has the department just not outrageous like the larger Walmarts.It Actually "DOES" purchase from local small business owners who create or make Specialty Products they thought and planned for a long time and did so with this in mind of the it's communities residents and businesses and employees, with community growth potential in the in the area. With the Outlook that maybe one day they can expand if the community ever would stand behind it and it warrants its expansion best Walmart I've ever been to easy in easy out easy to get around the store quickly with plenty of helpful staff”
