I had a vehicle of mine that was in a wreck on the roadway... I understand when police arrived on scene they needed to get it off the road so they called Garner towing. They arrived on scene and moved truck and cleaned debris off road...the truck had rear end damage so was not road worthy, the trailer that was attached to truck and the hitch was damaged, but we had another because another one of my friends showed up when they had just moved it off road... when my second friend showed up and asked if he can just drop it he said no has to go back to lot because it was involved in a accident then he asked about the trailer that was attached to truck he said it wasn't road worthy... He was getting ready to tow to lot like a normal trailer the welds on the trailer were good and the toung of the trailer was tweaked, he said it could not be towed....... well I just towed it from garber towing and it was perfectly fine and I would be fine still using it as it didn't effect the trailer towing but do with this as you please some companies are out here just for the money! Very disappointed in how they took advantage of this problem, didn't have any of the paperwork completed, mind you I am aware of the fact that it was a Saturday and I picked up and resolved everything Monday at 11:00 a.m., I was still charged for 3 Days of lot time, and when I picked the trailer up they didn't have the decency to Jack the Jack up they just slammed it to the ground. They had no regard to my property. The front receptionist confirmed that the trailer was still towable. If I could give zero Stars I would. All around bad experience .
Just disappointed in how they chose to do business.

We were over an hour away from home and had some vehicle trouble, we went to Garber Diesel and they had us back on the road in no time! They were extremely friendly and helpful!

Quoted $3-5k paid $8k for new head gaskets (guess I made their new building payment). Pulled the truck out of their parking lot onto Hwy 5 and NO POWER! YIKES, Traffic screaming towards me both ways and I'm sitting across the Middle of the road. Didn't even get home (15 mikes and engine light came on! Their response "well, that's something different, we didn't fix that". What?! They new I was a single female heading to AZ with a 5th wheel and they think this is ok? NEVER GO HERE! HEARD OTHER HORROR STORIES SINCE THEN. NO - DONT DO IT! -10 star rating!!! No integrity, no customer service standing behind their lack of work! DON'T. JUST DON'T!!!

I had a flat tire and I locked my keys in the car while pulled over in someone's driveway. They were kind and helped me so much. Even helped change my tire and it was outside of normal business hours. I am so grateful for the help and the kindness!
